TO MY VERY OWN PRINCESS GRACE:
Well its been 3 long weeks since my offspring
Left for basic training.I am writeing this so maybe I can get a grip on the loss of the daily interaction I had with her. I know shes missing me in the same way.I wish I couldT be there to see her every accomplishment.I can remember when she was in 6th grade,and for weeks she tried to climb to the top of the rope in gym.And she would come home from school dissappointed that she still didn't make it to the top.well it was open school night, and of course we had to go to the gym,well I said, come on, show me what you can do. Well she made it to the top of that rope,but no one else's was paying attention but me.I was so thrilled for her. So the point of this is I got a letter today telling me shes going to learn how to repelled from a 40 ft tower.lol. WEll The first time was a crash and burn.I do have good news she did pass,but not without some wounds.I cant begin to tell you how proud I am of you for giving it all you've got.I know how hard it is to challenge yourself,but you have to believe( the challenge comes from with::$%in is greater than any you will face. Well, its another day,Sunday and no word on how my offspring's doing. I guess no news is good news. I went to see a performer named Earl Turner, that man gave it his all! I wish she would have been with me tonight,she really would have enjoyed him.this man was a blast from my past! Lol.well its 3am and I guess I should be getting some rest. Tommorrw is another Day!
